You may cancel your BookOurCab reservation at any time before the scheduled pick-up. The refund amount depends on how much notice you give us before the scheduled departure time, as detailed in the table below.

When requesting a cancellation, please have your booking reference number and registered phone number ready. Cancellations will only be processed after verbal or written confirmation from our team.

In any case where we cancel your confirmed booking, you will receive a full 100% refund regardless of the timing. We will notify you as soon as possible and attempt to arrange an alternative vehicle if available.
If the driver arrives at the agreed pick-up location at the scheduled time and the passenger is:
The booking will be treated as a no-show and no refund will be provided. The driver may leave after 15 minutes of waiting. Drivers are instructed to call the passenger at least twice before marking a no-show.
During high-demand periods such as:
Special cancellation terms may apply and will be communicated to you at the time of booking. Please read the specific terms carefully for bookings made during these periods, as stricter cancellation deadlines may be in effect.
If a trip is cut short mid-journey at the passenger's request, the refund (if any) will be calculated on a pro-rata basis based on the actual distance covered versus the total booked distance, minus applicable base charges. No refund will be given for the return leg of a round-trip booking if the passenger voluntarily ends the outbound journey early.
